I like my runs on Saturday, basically because I let myself wander into an area of unpaved roads. I get off the pavement and enjoy myself in this area of Texas hills, gulleys and dirt paths, while ignoring the "No Trespassing" sign.
As my brother knows, I have an interesting collection I added to today. While I'm out running, I keep my eyes open for stuff I find along the road. I've collected a stuffed guerilla, sunglasses, and I even picked up a hammer once, but gave it back to the construction crew nearby.
So while I followed a dirt path I came across a pile of stuff. I stopped my watch and looked the material over and then I saw it: a cowboy hat.
I'm sure I got some good stares running out of the woods with this thing, but I figure it's a good souveniour. :)

LOL!
I sure hope there are no "Trespassers will be shot" signs around. :D
The only things I ever find are broken. Or the occasional cd, but never a good one (or playable!)
Nice hat. Looks a little beat-up, though. :)

*sighs* In two days of rollerblading (in a jog-run style), I haven't found anything along my fully-paved, urbanized course. *sighs* :(
Nice hat. :D
:)Ian(:
I haven't been outside enough, but last time I was rollerblading through my neighborhood, I found...a pebble
There probably are, but the important thing is to blend in with the surroundings before the big man with the big gun sees you...hey, I never said all these runs were relaxing! :) I found something else today, too. Maybe you'd find better stuff in Texas. By the way, I cleaned the hat up and discovered straw hats are real modable when they're wet.
Ooooh, that's probably going to be in a bit when I move, Ian.
Was the pebble big enough to make you trip?
